NO CRONY JUDGES: Demand Democrats Stop Giving Lifetime Appointments to Trump Loyalist Judges

No Crony Judges is a major new campaign to draw a bright line for Democrats: any Senator who claims to defend democracy must vote No on Trump’s dishonest judicial nominees.

Trump has turned judicial nominations into a personal loyalty test. A new Demand Justice report uncovers a shocking pattern: every single one of Trump’s 2025 judicial nominees when asked has refused to tell the truth about the 2020 election and the January 6th attack on the Capitol.

Here’s what we found:

0 nominees affirmed that Joe Biden won the 2020 election.
0 nominees acknowledged what actually happened on January 6, 2021, with 21 of 27 nominees describing it as a “political issue.”
Every nominee used near-identical, evasive language to dodge questions — parroting Trump’s own talking points.

These aren’t impartial judges. They’re political cronies, auditioning for lifetime power by repeating Trump’s Big Lies.

And yet: 18 Democratic Senators — Coons (DE), Durbin (IL), Fetterman (PA), Gallego (AZ), Hassan (NH), Heinrich (NM), Hirono (HI), Kaine (VA), Kelly (AZ), King (ME), Klobuchar (MN), Peters (MI), Reed (RI), Rosen (NV), Schiff (CA), Shaheen (NH), Welch (VT), and Whitehouse (RI) — have already voted to confirm at least one of these nominees.
